    Full-Process Patient QA Platform

    Radiation Therapy Quality Assurance

EDose analyzes and calculates dose distribution based on measurement data collected by EPID, comparing it with data from the planning system. The comparison results can be used as a basis for evaluating and modifying the treatment plan, thus further ensuring the quality and safety of the treatment plan.

    Pre-treatment Dose Verification

    · 2D dose verification before treatment is achieved through a virtual phantom.

    · 3D dose verification before treatment is achieved based on the patient's anatomy.

    Real-time Monitoring During Treatment

    · Monitor treatment deviations throughout the entire treatment course based on the images from the first treatment.

    · Real-time monitoring of the patient's 3D dose distribution throughout the entire treatment course based on in-treatment imaging.

A quality control tool that covers the entire radiotherapy treatment course of the patient.
Based on the TG218 report, it provides dose and gamma analysis for pre-treatment dose verification and each actual radiotherapy treatment for the patient.

    Multiple Comparison Methods
In-vivo 3D dose verification provides the difference between the 3D dose received by the patient in a single treatment and the planned dose, while in-vivo 2D dose verification analyzes the difference between the doses received by the patient in two treatments. Through multiple comparisons, comprehensive quality control of the entire radiotherapy course is achieved.

    Precise 3D Dose Analysis
Based on the patient's anatomy, it accurately calculates the dose distribution at each location, compares it with the data in the treatment planning system, and provides DVH calculation results, helping physicists understand the most realistic dose distribution.

    Realism

    · Realistically reflects the patient's dose during the treatment process, detecting the influence of various factors such as positioning errors, organ changes, and accelerator execution deviations.

    Advancement

    · Provides sufficient dose basis for precise radiotherapy techniques such as adaptive radiotherapy (ART) and dose-guided radiotherapy (DGRT).

    Precision

    · EPID can provide measurement results with a resolution of up to 0.25 mm and is not affected by the detector angle response.

    · It uses a high-precision cone-beam convolution algorithm (CCCS) to reconstruct and calculate the 3D dose distribution.

    · Uses GPU computation to quickly complete dose reconstruction and calculation.

    Applicability

    · Fully supports precise treatment techniques such as conventional IMRT, RapidArc/VMAT, and SBRT/SRS.

    · Supports mainstream accelerator brands (such as Elekta and Varian).

    · Supports mainstream treatment planning systems.

EDose provides physicists with a smoother quality control workflow.

EDose uses an automated workflow, achieving automatic measurement and automatic calculation. In daily quality control work, except for some basic settings before measurement, no manual operation is needed in EDose during the measurement process, freeing users from repetitive and tedious operations.
